I escaped Manila from Feb 20-24!

This was a very memorable trip for me and yes it’s my first time to go outside the country! qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm!  Not enough keyboard characters to describe my happiness ◕‿◕

Excitement soared the highest when the Immigration marked the first stamp on my clean, near to expiration passport. ^.^

I also took my very first plane flight out of the country so I’ve got the biggest smile on my face and I just can’t hide my excitement especially when Cebu Pacific plane moves up in the air. This is really is it!! ヅ

My Hongkong-Macau Travel buddies!! My sisters and brothers from another mothers. hehe! They are my family not by blood but rather by Love ^‿^

HELLO HONGKONG! We have finally landed! 

We rode the airport express to MTR station then took the MTR on the way to our hotel in Yau Ma Tei. 

So after leaving our things in our hotel (CASA HOTEL) we’re now off to go to our first stop! DISNEYLAND DISNEYLAND DISNEYLAND ♥‿♥

We took the MTR again from our hotel then hop to Disneyland express train.

DISNEY RESORT LINE (It’s Mickey everywhere in the train – windows, handles, everywhere!)

The kid (me) was so excited!

DAY1: DISNEYLAND

My long time dream turned into reality! Happy Yipeee yeheeey! (^^,)

The theme park is divided into categories: Main Street USA, Adventureland, Fantasyland, Tommorowland, Toy Story land, Grizzly Gulch. We checked out most of the attractions in each category.

So here are some of the places and activities that we did inside the theme park… 

TOY STORY LAND

The notable rides here are: RC Racer and Toy Soldier Parachute Drop.

-The RC Racer is a little scary :P It’s like Anchors Awaaaay riding on a U-shape Coaster :))

Next, The Parachute Drop. Well, the queue was surprisingly long. We got bored waiting for our turn and we kept on saying this is just a simple ride because basically it goes up then drops all of a sudden. But then, we were all wrong! Kaboooom soldiers! It was an Exhilarating ride!!

This is the OH-EM-GEE look of me and ate Kaye while kuya Bryan was sleeping.. Lol!

GRIZZLY GULCH

It’s a Wild West Fun!  

The Runaway Mine Cars is the only ride (I think) in Grizzly Gulch Land.

It is like a roller coaster with backwards section.The ride was epic!!

I am one of the Wild West most wanted! O_O

We watched “The lion king Festival show”. It is one of the best shows in Disneyland.

Buzz Lightyear needs our help to save the universe! So we got to shoot some enemy in this ride using the fire hand-held laser cannons and accumulate points. We helped him save the galaxy from the Evil Emperor Zurg! Lol                                                                                    

@ SPACE MOUNTAIN RIDE.

One of the best rides in HK Disneyland.The ride that gave me adrenaline rush!! It’s damn thrilling!

FANTASYLAND

The Sleeping Beauty Castle.                                                                    

Mickey’s PhilharMagic and The Golden Mickeys are the best and my favorite shows! I was smiling the whole time and I definitely enjoyed every moment to bits. ❀‿❀                                                                                    

Another engaging attraction here in Fantasyland - ”It’s a small world”    

It is a ride on the boat where you can see different tableaux made of dolls singing the song “it’s a small world” in different languages. It is really a must see attraction ‘cause it will bring you around the world. Mehehe ^^,

ofcourse, the cutest among them all -> PHILIPPINES! ^o^

This is such a perfect one to end the day at the park.

Yau Ma Tei bound!

yeah, effin exhausted and hungryyyyyy! but I certainly, definitely, absolutely enjoyed the whole Disney experience!

Dinner at Eat Together  near our hotel. The food is quite expensive yet it’s pretty reasonable as the servings were huge! :D

Sorry for my “hagard and pagod na pagod look” lol. 

This day was a blast.

I have to admit that 2012 has been a tough and more of a challenging year for me. A lot has happened. There were ups there were downs. It was a roller coaster ride, in short.

highlights of 2012

Let’s start for the bad ones.

One of the best grandfather in the world passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. ;(

He was a hard-working, dedicated and loving man. He was the type of person who got along with anyone. My grandpa means a lot to me, for he has been there for me from the day I was born.  Although he is gone, he is still in my heart and his memory will always be a big part of me. Thank you for everything lolo and I love you so much ;’(

Had the most stressful semester in my entire college life. First semester of my last year in college brought me a mountain of stress. Crazy work load, homework,  course requirements, thesis, feasibility studies, the three reservation system (GDS), and many moooore.

     My one and only sister got her UK visa and she is now in UK with my mom. Of course  the sad part of it is I miss her so much. We had been fighting a lot more often when she was here. Realizing that I somewhat took her for granted especially when mood swings and “topak” hits me. I’m so lucky to have her as my sister. I love her. I always have and always will. Hoping to see her soon.

   Ended a Relationship.

Although it was hard, and I can’t understand so many things over the last couple of months, I’ve come to accept that ending it was best for us both of us.

He came into my life unexpectedly. Even though he is one of the most stubborn person I know, he showered me of the attention and love no other male in my life ever granted me.  He will go out of his way to make me feel special and beautiful. He can be the sweetest person ever.  

Sometimes he’s my best friend and sometimes we hate each other. We’ve been through so many things together. The 2 years and a half with each other , I learned a lot about life, myself, love, and what I deserve.  Maybe if I haven’t met him, I will never meet these people. 

His family embraced me wholeheartedly and they are nothing but nice to me. They’re wonderful people and so sweet. They make sure I feel included in their family and that makes me so happy and blessed for them. ;’) 

   I regret nothing that happened between us because he brought happiness to my life and what we had was something worth it. I now live everyday happy and grateful for everything I have.

PS: I hope you are above and beyond happy. Thank you for some of the greatest memories of my life. Never forget that there was a girl who loved you with all her heart. She loved you dearly and unselfishly.

And now the good things!

Summer Job. My first Job ever.

Worked in one of the leading exhibition and event services company in Asia and Middle East. Their expertise includes Exhibition Services, Interior, Galleries and Museums, Thematics/ Theme Parks, Events. This experience helped me boosts my self esteem in dealing with others. I learned a lot and gained much more than just money.

Made me to be in Chairpesons’ list again.  Hard work paid off ;)

This year is a good one for me in terms of the friends I have. They’re here at my best and have been there at my worst.  These are the people I have surrounded myself with, and these are the people who will stay.

So there.. my 2012, a year that will be truly remembered. It’s been a challenging year, but rewarding in different ways. It was not the best year, but not the worst too. We have our bad days for us to experience how good it feels to have a good day. I am now happy with everything today, I learned so much things about life. Experiences which made me STRONGER ENOUGH to face 2013. 

Thank you GOD for everything.
